Yoomee Ko is a multidisciplinary artist based in New York City who uses visual art and written word to explore the small moments that amplify our connectedness to our surroundings and communities.  She is a TCK (Third Culture Kid) who grew up in Indonesia, South Korea, Poland, Vietnam, and the United States. Her oil paintings, photographs, and poems hold a yearning to find a home; it’s not a place or a location, but a feeling that remains grounded in a captured moment.

She is inspired by nature and its precious life force that heals and nurtures, and the moments that question our own role, place, and limitless impact on the world.
